This video is purely a short introduction to the potential results achievable by using a low-level aerial drone to film and market your property. It's a quick preview showing the type of shots and viewpoints available to give you an idea of what things look like from above Forest Hills.
Pricing: Each job is unique, with it's own challenges and individual goals so I prefer to quote on an individual basis after discussing your requirements for the project. You want a ballpark figure, my day-rate for filming is usually £950. This includes everything:
- A full day dedicated to getting the best shots of your property. Including sunrise and sunset (weather permitting).
- 6 flights around the property to capture the best viewpoints, angles, and areas of interest as per your breif.
- Professionally edited HD video (multiple formats) of your property with accompanying soundtrack (rights-managed so you don't get sued for copyright infringement). "ready-to-post".
- Social-media ready clips. 2 15-second clips of special areas of interest you especially want to show off, especially edited and ready for sharing on twitter and instagram etc.
